We want you to love your smile, but if you're not completely satisfied with your Hismile™ purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and meet our hygiene standards for a successful refund.

  Reach out to our customer experience team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your products and include the authorization form inside the parcel to ensure your return is processed quickly.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package to our returns center; once inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
